Epimax Wound Gel X

Cleansing, moisturizing and disinfecting gel for wounds, burns as well as preventing biofilm formation

Ingredients:

PHMB 0.1%, Betaine, Hydroxyethyl cellulose

For optimal removal of necrotic and sloughy tissue, firstly, it is necessary to keep thick crusts moisturized for longer period of time for easy removal; this is achieved by Wound Gel and Wound Gel X.

Wound Gel and Wound Gel X are in gel form and with two different viscosities of U Plus. This feature allows the use of these compounds in a wide range of superficial and deep wounds.

• Cleaning and moisturizing wounds and skin burns
• Traumatic wounds
• Postoperative wounds
• Chronic skin lesions (venous ulcers – diabetic or pressure ulcers)
• Thermal wounds
• Chemical wounds (caused by acid and base)

• Radiation wounds

Wound Gel is usually used on deep wounds, tunnels, cavities and inaccessible areas with a secondary dressing.

Wound Gel X has a higher viscosity and is used in large superficial wounds with a secondary dressing.

Attention:

• Before using these compounds, you should wash all cleansers, ointments and the oil on the wound well with U Plus solution.
