Epimax B Gel

Epimax B Gel is used to improve autolytic debridement in dry wounds and absorption of sloughy wound secretions.

Maintaining proper moisture in the wound bed, this gel provides a natural healing process.

Ingredients:

Carboxymethyl cellulose, Calcium Alginate

• Easy to use
• Suitable viscosity for full access to wound surfaces
• More wound hydration: 50% of the water in the gel is absorbed with the wound.

• Being transparent, it provides a more accurate assessment of the wound.

Indications:

• Necrotic, dry or sloughy wounds with little discharge
• Arterial and venous ulcers
• Pressure ulcers
• Diabetic foot ulcers
• Traumatic wounds

• Amputate wound in which necrotic and fibrinous tissue is observed and mechanical debridement is not only very painful but also impossible even with the use of strong analgesics; thus, this gel is used for autolytic debridement.
