Each milliliter of Bronchomax solution contains 10 mg of bromhexine hydrochloride.
Uses: Poultry – chronic respiratory disease (C.R.D), infectious bronchitis, laryngotracheitis, infectious coryza and influenza.
Turkey – infectious sinusitis
Calves, foals, lambs and goats: pneumonia, bronchopneumonia, rhinitis and cough
Amount and method of use: Poultry and turkey: 100 ml of Broncomex solution in 100 liters of drinking water for 3-5 days.
Calves and foals: 1-2 ml of solution per 10 kg of body weight, orally, for 3-5 days.
Lamb and goat: 0.2 to 0.4 ml per 10 kg of body weight, orally, for 3-5 days.
Note: simultaneous use of Broncomex with tetracycline leads to an increase in the concentration of tetracycline in bronchial secretions.
Precautions: It is not recommended to prescribe Bromhexine for laying hens whose eggs are used for human consumption.
Time to avoid consumption: Slaughter should be done at least two days after the last administration.
